Self install- we ship you the raw button or shell replacements and you put your DIY cap on to install them yourself.
** NOTE; This does involve opening up and detaching certain connections on your Nintendo/XBox/Playstation console/controller to install the item. Special screw drivers are required for this process. It’s entirely something you can do at home but we don’t want you to bite off more than you can chew, so we included this warning
We Install - You send us your console or controller to install the pieces and ship back to you.
**NOTE- We will give you step by step instructions to ship your item to us, along with a time frame of when it will be back and photos of it along the way.
